Small Tips to Help You To Be A Lolita Girl
If you are worring about how to be a Lolita girl and i think you will be interested in my this article. I will share some small ideas on how to be a Lolita girl and you can have a reference if you are interested in this fashion topic. My ideas are the following:
About your appearance: First, Own the Wardrobe. Sweet Classic Lolita must haves are Jumper Skirts, or simply JSK's, one-pieces, blouses, bell skirts and A-line skirts, petticoats, bloomers, headdresses, socks, gloves, and Mary-Janes shoes. Second, Hair. As a Sweet Classic Lolita forget about the super teased pigtails. We are aiming for elegance and cuteness for this style. You can do ringlet curls, straight hair, side ponytail, braids, or waves. These are some example of Sweet Classic Lolita hairstyles. Third, Makeup. Keep this very natural. A hint of moisturizer to keep your skin soft, a foundation to hide blemishes, lip gloss to add shine to your lips, and mascara to complete the doll-eyed look. You can add circle lenses if you want but use precautions especially if you are a teenager. If you are going to formal occasions, add some pale pink lipstick and a light pink blush. Fourth, Dress for the occasion. If you are attending a funeral, you wouldn't want a sparkly red one-piece but instead a black JSK paired with a white blouse with a bonnet hiding your face for a more dramatic look. Last, Limited Color Palette. Don't go for neon! Forget about the cutesy prints like unicorns and teddy bears. Go for the floral prints instead.
About your etiqutte: First, be Polite. Nobody wants a cute girl with a dark attitude. If you're wearing Lolita, you are representing Lolitas all over the world. Don't shove them off if they gave you that old familiar dirty look or tell you how strange you dress. Just don't care. This is essential. This is the number one situation especially if your city or province doesn't have a Lolita around. Second, don't be involve in smoking, drugs, drinking, gambling or even casual sex. This isn't Lolita. Third, be modest. Don't wear mini-skirt. Skirts must be 2cm above your knee and don't show off your shoulders that easy unless the weather is really hot.
